Small Group Training for Adults 55+
Join us for a 6 week Program starting on October 4th for twice/week small group fitness sessions and support.
Our programs include exercises to promote balance, stability, safety, and strength for almost all levels of older adults. Our instructors are leading experts in senior fitness and will cater the exercises to you and your abilities. We keep these groups small to maximize your instructor time while keeping costs lower than personal training. Plus, groups are so much fun!
Sessions will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am at &Running Fitness Studio in the Maple Lawn neighborhood, convenient to rt 29, rt 32, and rt 216.
